Very very clean and Stefano was very thoughtful about small details like leaving a big bottle of water for travelers like us who arrived very tired on a late night from the airport.

Far from the port where we boarded for our cruise. You need to take a taxi if you have luggages. Not walkable

The room was perfect, the owner is very friendly and helpful. Deeply recommend it for everyone. Best spent time here.

Everything was fine and the host was very satisfying

It was a fine apartment for a night of transit - nothing special.

A little old, not much character

Stefano was really helpful and friendly. Gave us directions and shared lots of information on what is around the area and how to reach Rome. He made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The apartment was well equipped and we enjoyed our stay, with good space for a family of 3 adults. Everything is like in the description+ AC+ heat and we also enjoyed the small 2 balconies. The location of the apartment is excellent, 10-12 minutes easy walk to the train station and to the beach, small food stores and small restaurants nearby. The apartment is not having its own parking space, but free street parking is available, near apartment. I would stay here if I would visit Rome again, and would recommend Stefano’s apartment to any of my friends.

Apartman is very comfortable for two. We had a lovely stay. Everything was meticulously clean. The sleeping room is big enough and the bed is comfy. There is one extendable sofa in the living room, I would say for one grownup or two teens. The location is just perfect, near the city center, walkable. For the port, you will need a car/taxi. There were no taxis available on uber when we needed it, so Stefano drove us to the port. We are very thankful, Stafano. ☀️

In the kitchen, it would be useful to have kitchen paper towels or dishtowels. But these are small things that do not affect the good overall experience. 

Lovely little apartment in a quiet road. Clean, modern and with everything we needed for our week’s stay. We did not meet the owner but he messaged regularly to make sure everything was ok.

Stefano is the perfect host.He made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble for him.He made tea coffee milk etc available which was very handy and even morning pastries.
