Our apartment 31-06 was, we hadn't realised, on the 31st floor. On our first night the lobby was filled with people complaining that the lifts weren't working - luckily got fixed, but image! Asked where the cups / mugs were and we were told only IKEA glasses which seemed strange given price Only one bed in each room has side access. The rest you have to crawl down the bed to get off In both bedrooms the beds are on a plinth. Really easy to miss your step both day and night and in the smaller bedroom the plinth sticks into the room far in excess of the mattress. Easy to trip over

Got washer but no detergent
