Nothing- we had a great time.

Immaculately presented. Greeted by the owner upon arrival. Simple welcome pack with essentials like milk, butter etc. Free Internet connection. The surrounding area was clean and well-maintained. Instruction booklets for the equipment (cooker, fridge, TV etc). The owner also provided a direct mobile number for reporting any problems encountered during my stay. The views from the property are incredible with Snowdonia and Mt Snowdon itself on the horizon. I was settling in very nicely just as I realised my week-long visit was at an end. Would I go back? Absolutely!

There was nothing I didn't like except the one thing over which nobody had any control; the rain and winds were dreadful at times! Still, it was November!

It was an extremely nice and homely cabin in a remote area, it was lovely to get away and have a much slower pace few days, it was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed

The shower was very difficult to use and the hot tub did not end up getting hot enough until night 3 when we were due to leave the next morning, the shower had to be put on a very specific setting and if I changed the heat even slightly it would immediately go to freezing cold, we had text on Friday night when we arrived and was okay to wait until the next morning, we went to climb a mountain and it would have been ideal to shower off once we got back, it was quite late when the host popped in to show us how it works and it was quite a vague explanation, it was more of a put it on this setting and don’t touch, so the shower ended up being much too hot and the smallest alteration had made it freezing cold.

Lovely quiet location, comfy beds, hot water, heating, hot tub, spacious, parking space, shower.

TV channels, no dish drainer, no bath mat, no dustpan and brush, only 4 teaspoons, no pizza tray, no bin bags, charge for hot tub a bit steep, no outside light, lights on hot tub didn't work.

Firstly, communication with the owner Mandy was brilliant and she was happy to answer all my queries prior to our visit. Ty Presto was lovely and our stay will remain a truly fond memory. The cabin is gorgeous the comforting cozy smell of wood paired with beautiful surroundings. It was also lovely and warm inside and the heating wasn’t even on. Our commute down was rather stressful with cancelled trains but a lovely warm welcome from Mandy with a complimentary bottle of wine soon shedded the post-commute stresses and allowed us to relax and enjoy the stunning view. The weather was thankfully on our side that day and we pretty much instantly got in the hot tub. Unfortunately, the next day was very heavy rain but we cuddled up and enjoyed watching some TV before heading out in the evening to Oyster Catcher and coming back to the clearest night sky I’ve ever seen which was another excuse to get in the hot tub and talk late into the night. Sunday was my 31st Birthday and started the morning right with cake followed by a hot tub dip before heading out to Newborough forest and beach. One of my favourite places and the reason we booked our stay here and it never disappoints. We will most certainly return. We had such a lovely stay. Thank you.

I hate to be negative and wouldn’t discourage anyone from booking here unless they are trying to book when I am lol. The only things I would say could be a bit better was, the heat of the shower water and there was some areas, mainly externally that had quite a few webs, granted it’s that time of year but as someone who’s not too fond of our 8 legged friends it was just a minor gripe. Not all the buttons and settings on the hot tub worked (just the single 1 button and lights didn’t work). None of these things were an issue that ruined our stay and honestly just meant as a bit of useful feedback.

Everything was perfect. The location was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. Recommended.
