"Schön und perfekt gelegen"

Top Lage, perfekt zum Strand und Ortskern. Schönes Appartement mit guter Ausstattung. In der Küche ebenfalls alles vorhanden. Schön ruhig gelegen und von den anderen Wohnungen wenig zu hören. Übergabe über Schlüsselsafe sehr einfach.

Bei der Preisklasse würde ich auch eine laufende Wartung erwarten. Duscharmatur war gebrochen, Lichtschalter an der Nachttischlampe hatte Wackelkontakt und Toilettenspülung hing teils fest. Zudem wäre es schön wenn ein Appartment mit 3 Schlafplätzen auch drei Stühle hätte.
