The location of the apartments is very convenient, everything is nearby. Good value for money.

The "room" was nice, clean and comfy.

Impossible to find parking. I went around for 4 rounds and ended up parking 2km away. The paid parking wasn't work. The alley was completed dark and someone was trying to follow me when he saw me walked in there. The lock of the door didn't make me feel safe especially when it connected directly to the street. I found a hair in the jam, not his fault but maybe he will consider to change the brand.

I thought the space was very cozy and comfortable and everything was exceptionally clean and well kept.

It was difficult to find as there was a car blocking the door and the lockbox and it was also slightly overpriced for the size of the room.

I really enjoyed to staying here. We came here for my birthday with my partner and good thing we choose the Como. If I need to talk about Como firstly, just please create any plan to visit here. Location is perfect for visit another little or big cities. We just stayed for 5 days and we visit Bellagio, Lugano and Milan. Also we really went everywhere in Como city. This apartment is amazing because location is perfect. It’s just 10 min to Como Lago train station by walk. Also 20min to Como San Giovanni train station. If you choose to train, you can find easily this place. And it’s very close to heart of city, around Duomo and all restaurants and cafes. We visited in November and too many different restaurants and cafes still working, don’t worry. We really wanted to riding bikes but we couldn’t find opportunity for this. Also apartment is very comfortable. If you want to need anything you can find easily. We watch Netflix almost every night in television. Also other bathroom services and supplies were perfect. I really recommend this place.

Excellent location, comfortable bed, updated bathroom. No kitchen. Not enough space for luggage, clothes, personal items.
