The bed was comfortable in a large room. I did not use the lounge or kitchen but was able to if I needed to. The room would benefit from a bedside table, bin and place to hang my towel such as a hook on the back of the door. The host was accommodating and quick to reply to messages. A bin in the bathroom or the room, and a hair dryer would be ideal for female guests. Overall, a comfortable place to stay, in a good location.

I booked this on Tuesday morning for the next day, but when I arrive around 8pm which is around 35 hours after that I found that the owner cannot accommodate me. All day travel from the North I should slept in my van over the night in the cold weather. 35 hours nobody told me and I found out when I contact the property because I arrived there. Still waiting refund and compensation.

The owner was super lovely, patient and understanding, the room was spacious and the bed was clean and comfy. The lounge area is super big and comfy, all in all very clean, hospitable and great value for money with amazing flexibility.
