AUThe property was in a great location in the historic part of the town. Thomas was great in communicating and prominently brought replacement towel as required.
The unit was a bit tired, the windows needed cleaning and both Balconies were dirty. The door handles needed some attention especially those outside doors.

Inadequate explanation of how to find my way out of the locked gate. There was no-one available to contact from late evening to mid morning. I was very ill when I arrived and only stayed one of my three nights because I felt the need to return home to seek medical attention. I am still expected to pay the whole fee. I consider that to be unjust and inconsiderate.
AUWas a good sized apartment for 4 adults. Location was near the cruise terminal. Secure off street car park.
In the information on the website it stated that there was a tumble dryer in the kitchen but there wasn’t. Contacted the owner twice asking about the dryer but no reply. Only 3 chairs for the dining table, only 3 wine glasses. Door handle to one of the bedrooms was coming off. Didn’t shut the door firmly as was worried we might not get it open again. Had trouble working the dishwasher & it was dirty inside.
GBProperty was spotless, aesthetic and in a good location which was perfect for our stay. Pet friendly too which made things a lot easier too! Thank you for accommodating us.
