Dicht bij de zee

De eigenaar sprak geen Engels waardoor communicatie moeilijk verliep. We hadden 3 kleine honden bij , men zei dat enkel 2 honden konden verblijven op het appartement. Doch aangezien het niet duidelijk was gecommuniceerd mochten ze blijven en dienden we 26€ te betalen. Nadat we vertrokken waren wilde de eigenaars plots 13€ extra en blijven ze ook berichten sturen. Verder was er enkel airco in de woonruimte, niet in de slaapkamers die zeer warm waren .

Shame could have been a lot better - no Internet at all - way too many steps - the seating is baffling 1x small 2 seater settee and 1 chair in an apartment for at the very least 4 people - in my opinion the host is trying to share the Internet with at least 3 apartments possibly 4 - I would not like to be in the bottom right hand one as everyone else would be passing and visible - its all very very strange- the owner is very nice and helpful - but that for me does not outweigh the negatives - and san juan is too expensive for what it is - all in all a birthday treat which was not a treat at all 

Excellent location, lots of room, great communication with hosts.

Location was good, a pleasant 20 minute walk along the front into the centre of San Juan. The house was lovely and clean, well equipped and had a beautiful terrace. The beds were comfortable and there was a spacious sitting area and kitchen. The owner greeted us on arrival with the keys.

Initially we couldn’t locate the property, we parked on the back road when we should have been round the front. When we then realised we should have been parked round the front we found it difficult to identify the property from the pictures on booking.com. We rang the host who came out of his property above and showed us the apartment. This isn’t a criticism by any way just a helpful tip for future guests. A highlighted picture of the property would have been a help to us.
