We loved the kitchen, the views was exceptional, the hiking paths easy to reach. Convenient parking lot. The cozy fireplace gives a warmy touch. The possesion is quite, relatively easy to find, just be careful on the road.

The only thing that could be better was a sofa bed, which wasn't quiet comfortable and was making squicky noises.

The accommodation was satisfactory for our stay. The room was clean and equipped with the essentials needed for a comfortable visit. While there were no exceptional features, it met basic expectations. The location was convenient, allowing easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.

The room was clean, but some of the furnishings felt a bit outdated. Sound insulation could be better, as we occasionally heard noise from neighboring rooms.

The view is marvelous.

The way to the flat is with many curves .somewhat difficult.

The panorama in front of the windows is like a postcard and changes every few minutes - you never get tired of looking at it. The views are fabulous, and everything is so peaceful - only the sounds of nature and bells from churches around. The church on the mountain in front - Chiesa di Miragolo San Salvatore - is very beautifully lit up at night. Driving to the place and parking is convenient enough. In the room we found a good collection of music, books and movies. The pizza at Bar Pizzeria Centrale di Aviatico, recommended by the hosts, is just amazing. The hosts are easy to contact at any time, good in taking care of details, like if you were in a hurry and didn't make it to the groceries, you will find hints for breakfast in the cupboard. In the cabinets you will find dishes and tools, including scissors and iron. I missed the microwave a little. The small sofa when extended is long and wide enough, even slightly softer than the big sofa. Next to the apartment door is a utility room with a second large refrigerator. All the surroundings here were as I expected and even more beautiful :)

I really liked the view of the apartment, the facilities and the cleanliness. Easy access to the apartment, free parking available. Even if it is an extendable sofa, it is very comfortable. The owners are very kind and friendly.

I liked everything, what did not belong to the owners was the fact that noise could be heard from the neighboring apartments and we had to witness the heated discussions that took place in the apartment next door.
