The location is surrounded by so many amenities. The location was easily accessible.Uber and Bolt drivers did not struggle to find the location. The place was neat and tidy. The Guest Coordinator was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable especially the bed. The shower is spacious and has warm water running 24/7. The WiFi works 100% Netflix and YouTube are already installed and ready to watch. the warm outdoor pool.

the hidden costs🙄🙄🙄 When I booked the place on booking.com it showed that I'm going to pay R2667. and then boom💥 R3318 was deducted and later I received and email stating they deducted R650 for cleaning service. Like really now🙄🙄🙄😌 Why should it be my problem to make sure the place is clean when they are the one offering the service?🙄 that was a daylight ripoff I'm still pissed. The Guest Coordinator told me.I have to pay R2000 for damage fees before I can sign in😌.I mean I booked already and now R2000 is needed before I can check in.She said it's part of the staying policy .I wished this was communicated way before I made the booking .What if I didn't have that money?was I gonna sleep in the streets or what?that was so unfair😌. The stay was not comfortable at all because I was uneasy all the time.I was afraid of breaking their stuff.I even bought paper plates and foam cups avoiding using their stuff because I was protecting the R2000 deposit fee I loaned from a friend. The check in time sucked. I mean was in Cape Town already at 11:20 am and we had to stay at Bellville bus station to cover the check in time 15:00 and I was told if I want to check in earlier than 15:00 pm there is a surcharge😌 During the check in process we were not given a tour to the apartment.we were just shown our room and that was it. Later we found some stuff to have defects,like the iron board was scorched and had mini holes,the wardrobe was defected and the carpet had stains. I took pictures immediately and sent them to the Guest Coordinator making her aware so they dont take advantage of the damage fee deposit Their Smeg induction stove had a child lock.it was not user friendly.I had to video call the Guest Coordinator asking her to explain how to use the stove .

The Entertainment facilities was not the best. It could be better. The TV only shows You Tube. For an Airbnb located in a business vicinity, access to live News Channels be it local or international is key to visitors. BUSINESS PEOPLE WANT TO BE ABREAST WITH WHAT IS HAPPENING IN AND AROUND THEM. I will advice the owners to connect the TV to live news channels, dstv or free TV channels and other entertainment channels. I requested for Netflix access but that was also not working.
