NZGBGBClose proximity to the town with restaurants and shops. Next door to the dog park, which was so handy plus an enclosed small back yard, so great for doggies. Lovely modern spacious house with a well equipped kitchen. Really useful to also have a downstairs bathroom.
No fan available in the house, we had a few days that were late 20's and the bedrooms didn't cool down at all at night. There was only permit holder parking on our street and no permit with the property. We booked a justpark driveway close by which worked well. It was difficult to get the oven working despite there being a manual.

Owing to the cleaners holiday the owner cleaned the property themselves, which led to a few things I had to raise. However, the owner was quick to address the situation and offered a kind gesture to account for the position. No complaints at all.
