"Clean property. Close to the city centre perfect for attending events at the arena or theatre."

8.0

Within walking distance of city. Lovely country parks nearby. Pet friendly. Good service from local delivery companies. Comfortable for 4 but not for 6!

Decking in the courtyard needs repairing. Ashtray in the garden needed emptying.. we don't smoke. Full bin bags in the courtyard needed getting rid of.

"Ideal for a central location good value for money."

8.0

Ideal location for cental Nottingham. Could walk to the concert arena in 16 mins. House very neatly presented inside and was clean. Parking is right outside the front door. Instructions to access property were very clear and enquiries made re our stay were quickly answered. The property is dog friendly. However, we made the decision not to take ours. Ideal for 1 night stay for 5 adults. If a longer stay is required, I would go back as a max of 4 adults.

Outside areas are overgrown and need a bit of TLC. House was smaller than expected for 5 adults to be able to relax in.

"Absolutely perfect"

10.0

Nice quiet area, short walking distance to Motorpoint Arena. Hosts checked in to make sure everything was OK. Handy having the driveway for parking. Lovely having the conservatory and porch area too.

Second room was a little too small to fully pull out however having the sofa bed as another option was great

"Adequate for the cost."

5.0

The fridge and freezer were a good size and the washing machine also had a tumble dryer setting. The house was warm. The garden was secure which was good as we had a dog. The bathroom had a bath tub with a shower above which was good for children. There was off road parking for 1 car.

The house had not been cleaned adequately before we arrived so I spent the whole first day there cleaning. The floors had not been hoovered or cleaned, there was a lot of pet hair and sticky spots. The bathroom had also not been properly cleaned as the underside of the toilet bowl and the lower part of the bath panel had stuff stuck to it. The kitchen utensils were in very poor condition, with some pans too rusted to be used and a very off colour chopping board. There was no collinder or can opener in the kitchen which was annoying. The pepper grinder and sugar tin were empty too. Overall the house was not in great condition and quite a lot of things need repair. Also I think a squirrel is living in the loft ad I could hear it scrabbling around at night.

"Overall, good, and worth the money."

6.0

Price and facilities. It was better than average and good value compared to other properties in the location. It is very quiet at night, despite its location and we slept very well. The city is a 10 min easy walk away. It is in the far end of a cul-de-sac, so no passers by.

Broken chair in dining room, broken ironing board, and getting a little tatty around the edges, but noting too bad.

It's a cosy little house, felt right at home. Kirsty and Sam are both lovely, they are very communicative. We have inquired if they have a coffee table and they came over providing more than what we asked. :)

A few little diy is necessary but nothing that impeded the comfort of our stay.

Good value for money.

There were lots of things missing which would have been great e.g washing up liquid (sorry we had to leave the washing up), bed side tables, a bath mat. The second bedroom which is supposed to sleep 2 consisted of one single bed and a pull out bed underneath however not enough space in the bedroom to pull the bed out,so it was half a mattress on the floor rather than a bed. The place also smelt of smoke quite a lot.
