The paint of the house and the wifi.

The house didn't clean prior to arrival. The thermos is not functioning and already informed the owner yet no response. Poor hospitality.

The house not clean at all. Master bedroom bed got bugs and not clean. Master bedroom toilet water heater spoiled. Dining and 2nd floor common area air-cond spoiled. No Fan in the whole house. No ventilation. 1 time got power trip at 2nd floor. So many cat poop outside the house and so smelly.

Facilities are ok. The house was elegant. But they didn’t take care of it well.

We were in total including kids 10 person. However upon arrival the gate cant even open which is only half just for us to walk into and we have to park our three cars outside. Once we use a washing machine, the whole house went blackouts. The kitchen was also got so many water on the floor like it’s leaking. The pillow for sleep was as hard as rock. We didn’t even step our feet on the balcony bcs it was super dirty. There’s bird’s poop everywhere. The bed sheets got so many dust. Although, we did call the host and the host told us to whatsapp message, but they didn’t even bother to reply on the same day. They did reply on the next day afternoon but there’s no solution.
