Domenico & Gabriel were exceptional hosts. This uncle/nephew team have done a wonderful job of renovating this vacation apartment. It's bright, clean, and well furnished and all amenities you would want, they've supplied...and more! The kitchen has a filtered water dispenser for drinking, a microwave, induction stove top, cooking pots & pans, a complete set of dishes and glassware, full complement of cutlery and common cooking utensils, a panino grill for toast, and the refrigerator was stocked with water, juices, milk, ice cube trays. Dry goods snack items were on the shelves in the kitchen. An automatic espresso maker with coffee pods was supplied. There were umbrellas to use for rain, beach towels were supplied, extra bedding and pillows, lots of storage and comfortable, new, furniture in all rooms. The home is in a mostly residential area, but there is a grocery store right across the street and others nearby, and public transport is available very nearby, and a 15 mins walk gets you to the historical centre of town. It's a 5 mins. walk to the metro station. Domenico was very easily reachable by messaging on what's app and provided us with tons of information about what to do and see in Palermo, he was like a personal guide!

Nothing, it was all wonderful.

Domenico (the owner) is great, easy communication, fast reactions and kind attitude. The apartment is big and has everything we needed included a baby cot and a baby chair. Thanks to Domenico and his family we got a parking spot in front of the house. (It is hard to find a free parking spot in Palermo). It was clean and quiet. It is not exactly in the city center, but there is a direct bus as we didn't want to use the car.

When we arrived it was a bit cold, but Domenico reacted immediately and solved the problem just few hours after we arrived! So there was nothing we didn't like.

Our host Domenico is the best, he has been so friendly and helpful, he gave us a self guided tour suggestions for afternoon, evening and morning and they were very good. His place is wonderful, clean, stylish, comfortable, and spacious with everything you could possibly need, including a complimentary bottle of Prosecco, we highly recommend this accomodation.

We liked it all, especially our host who really wants his guests to be happy and comfortable.

Domenico and Gabriele were very friendly and the accommodation was perfect. They sent a lot of detailed information about sightseeing in Palermo, which was very helpful for our trip.

Domenico was an excellent host. He helped us from the first moment by reserve a parking space. His recommendations for the city were absolutely amazing and detailed for us to enjoy the city. The house was in walking distance from the centre and equipped with anything possible you may need and even more. Thank you for everything!!!

Very good house owner, warm-hearted and thoughtfully providing tourist guiding info. Everything in the apartment is just fine. The location is good too, quite and calm, not far away from the center.

Extremely kind and helpful hosts. We met at the property for the key handover and they greeted me with some local goodies. The renovated apartment was clean and spacious, with all the features I needed and more. Overall I was very impressed by the place and would absolutely recommend it. As an added bonus the train station is really close and luckily for me finding a parking spot nearby was never an issue.

The owner was very friendly and not only showed the property but throughout our stay sent suggestions for activities and inquired if everything is alright. On of the things we wouldn't have known was the musical fountain "Maria" since it's very new so no trip advisor had included it yet. It was worth visiting.

Parking. But this is beyond the owner's control. Palermo is insane for cars, especially the parking part. But the owner did send some possible parking spots, which helped a lot.

We loved the hospitality of the host. He was very helpfull and nice. He helped us with tourist attractions that we planed to visit, plus gave us a few more suggestions. The location was great.

Everything was perfect. the ceilings were a little lower but we expected that since it was stated in the booking description.
