It’s location

The upkeep and maintenance and cleanliness was very poor including maggots and rats the neighbours say they have problems with rats from the yard and shed also none of the bedroom tvs work

"Ideal on street parking at no cost very roomy living area plus good sized bedrooms"

Location was perfect And kitchen was well stocked for us to make our own breakfast and drinks Beds were comfortable and one room you didn’t need to use the stairs

Nothing really but the deposit could be lower to say £100

The property is very central for shops bars and restaurants. Morrisons and tesco less than 5 minutes away. Redcar races 10 minute walk.

"Convenient but cramped."

Location ok near town centre. All beds very comfortable. Parking on the street ok.

None of the tv's worked, no aerial and or not tuned in. Living room/dining room too small to accommodate five people. We book many flats and houses around the country so see many to compare. Few little things like soap in the bathroom and no welcome pack, which most properties now have.

Great space with fully equipped kitchen

Back yard with doors missing from buildings and rubbish laying around. Not a nice experience out of the back door. Shower was exceptionally poor, very hard to get washed with the low flow out of the shower unit.
