"Fab house!"

The house was lovely! Very clean with everything provided. A well equipped kitchen and the bedrooms were big and very comfortable. The bathroom had a bath and shower and was also very clean. A very well kept house in a fab location for the beach and town and ideally situated for all travel to places near and far.

A hairdryer would have been nice.

"Lovely stay and ideal position for Barmouth and the beach."

Ideal location very close to the beach.Property had everything you needed in the kitchen. Nice outside area which the dogs enjoyed.

Sofas in the living room not very comfortable shame because the living area was lovely and cosy. I found the bed too firm but my husband didn’t so it’s down to preference.

Great location. Easy parking. Lovely home from home, stocked with everything you could possibly need. Great kitchen, with dishwasher and huge fridge freezer. Ample amount of crockery, cutlery and pots and pans.

Living room furniture wasn’t the most comfortable.

The house was very homely and the big plus is that it's dog friendly. Great location as everything is in walking distance especially the train station as we arrived by train.

The only thing we found was that the beds weren't the comfiest.

Perfectly located easily to locate parking was generally ok except school times , beautiful views and generally a well maintained perfect holiday getaway

The cleaning before hand could have been slightly better some unclean untensils and cooking equipment were found as well as sweet wrappers and other bit located underneath bedroom furniture

"An amazing home from home. You won't be disappointed!!"

The house was equipt with absolutely everything we could ever have needed. It was immaculate and smelt really nice too. The location is perfect and there was ooodles of information of things to do both locally and further afield. We didn't want to leave!!!

Parking was a bit of an issue. We could always get parked but did need to walk up the road at times.
