No breakfast, no toaster supplied even though the details listed one. When I asked the host it took two days to get an answer that said toasters were not allowed owing to COVID restrictions?? Absolutely ridiculous

1. Supply toaster 2. No noisy neighbourhood, we were woken up in the early hours 5 times out of a 10 night stay 3. We had an unwelcome visitor in the form of a huge cockroach 4. It states a fully equipped kitchen in the details yet there is no oven? 5. The apartment is up two very steep difficult flights of stairs so not suited to anyone with limited mobility

I used their airport transfer service. Excellent service and great value. I was met by my host at the apartment who helped with the suitcases. The apartment was immaculate. I cook for myself and found the kitchen had almost everything required for home cooking. The large washing machine was great. The bed was comfortable. Location is fantastic.

The stairs could be an issue if you are not fully mobile or have children.

Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed for a week's holiday. Air conditioning was excellent and easy to use. Andrea and Kiara were available 24/7 if needed. Our check out time was 10am but Andrea arranged for us to stay in the apartment until our airport transfer for 17.00(which he arranged ) arrived.

Minor detail. Extra bath towels would be appreciated for a 7 day stay. Would recommend to include in the property description that the upper apartment is accessible by means of an outdoor 2 flight of stairs.

New apartment in a great location in the city centre. Quite spacious one bedroom, great for both working remotely or for holidays. Amazing service for checkin and checkout - we'll be back for sure.
