The cleanliness is the best ive ever seen, great value for money and so close to the beach and all the main spots that you want to be at in bridlington, fab owners they go above and beyond for you to make your stay even better than what it is, such a lovely couple we literally booked the same day and was there within the hour, room was all ready for us and even gave us some free supplies to make our hot drinks with a variety of different biscuits

Room was clean. Beds were done up nice and comfortable. Location was right next to the beach front. Kim and her partner were lovely. She put extra hot chocolate and biscuits for my kids which was a nice gesture and he helped with bringing bags in. Parking was free. (Provided you gave your registration to the owners). Walking distance from fairgrounds and restaurants.

Parking - First come first serve. The lane is very narrow because of cars parked on either side. If you got in later, you had a better chance of getting a parking space.

Clean, spacious room. Excellent location.

the location for our stay at Southbay is perfect for us .we feel relaxed and safe and warm at this flat ,house .

Location is perfect for our needs.we are always greeted on arrival and our bags are carried in for us .and there is always milk and basket of biscuits near the kettle .and the room room is heated before we arrive .thank you.

it would be nice to have one chair in room ,for medical reasons .and non feathered quilts pillow options .thank you. perhaps a microwave if this does not affect health and safety .

The room had everything we needed and spotlessly clean, located a few yards from the sea front and beach😁

Property was lovely and clean. Owners was lovely people and went above and beyond to help me. Even helped with luggage and prams. Can’t rate them highly enough
