The design of the appartement and the city mall is relatively close. Microwave works great.

At first, the host informed us that we would not be able to move into the apartment we had booked and paid for, as it required repair work after the previous guests. We were provided with another apartment, and when we asked directly, “will there be any problem if we stay here?”, we were assured that everything was fine. However, the very next day we were told that the apartment had been reserved for other guests, and we were asked to leave. This caused us a lot of inconvenience. When we finally moved into the originally booked apartment, we discovered numerous serious issues: 1. The bathroom sink is leaking. 2. The bathtub is also leaking. 3. There are cockroaches in the apartment. 4. The kitchen sink is badly clogged (and this problem existed before our stay). 5. The sink is clogged, and there is no plunger to fix the problem. 6. Very few kitchen utensils (only one knife and one deep bowl). 7. The stove is small and heats up extremely slowly (boiling water took nearly an hour). 8. The electrical system is in terrible condition — only 2 out of 7 sockets are working. 9. The balcony faces a construction site, making it constantly noisy and dusty. 10. The mattress is dirty and clearly has not been replaced for a long time. Overall, the stay turned out to be very inconvenient and did not meet our expectations.

Le logement a subi un dégât des eaux, en effet le bas de la porte de la salle de bain était toute moisi ainsi que les joints autour de la baignoire. La pièce principale a une grosse fissure le long du mure ainsi que la chambre. Je trouve que le propriétaire avant de louer son appartement aurait pu faire les travaux nécessaire . Très déçu du séjour.

Nothing good, they didn’t answer…I was waiting to get the key but they didn’t answer, the mobile phone was not working. The booking tried to contact them but they didn’t answer…

The apartment was cool an amazing! Big garden to host, we were hosting our parents for dinner. You have everything you need in the apartment! The checkin was so easy and the host is very responsive. The apartment is located in the city center next to the river and the amazing Uniiri boulevard. You also have a lot of coffee shops 5 min walking and the Mall is just next to the apartment. Oh and very important think you have a big supermarket 24/7 5 min walking distance. Very recommend! We are definitely coming back

The apartment with the balcony is great,very near to the center of city, alsoo there are very big shoping centers( bucharest moll, alsoo lidl, carefoor, caufland etc). All together very nice accomodation
