Dream Holiday at La Mata / Costa Blanca Apartment! Our stay at this apartment was absolutely exceptional — the experience **surpassed all expectations**, and the listing does not truly reflect the **high standard and the remarkable care shown to guests**. From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for something special. ###*Ideal Location** The apartment is situated just **a short stroll from the stunning sandy beach of La Mata** – only 200 metres away, perfect for morning walks by the sea and watching the sunset in the evening. The surrounding area offers plenty of local restaurants, shops, and charming cafés. For those who enjoy being active, there are excellent cycling and hiking routes nearby, and the **Las Colinas Golf & Country Club** is within easy reach. --- ###Standard That Exceeds the Description** While the listing on Booking.com was appealing, **the apartment looks even better in person** – immaculately maintained, modern, fresh, and beautifully presented. * Upon arrival, we were delighted to find a **thoughtful surprise in the fridge – a chilled bottle of white wine**, which immediately made us feel welcome. * **Towels were neatly arranged on the beds, just like in a 4-star hotel**, which added a luxurious touch. * The kitchen was fully equipped (including a dishwasher, fridge and coffee machine), the living room was comfortable with a large flat-screen TV, and there was effective air conditioning and fast Wi-Fi throughout. * The **balcony with a sea view** quickly became our favourite spot for breakfast and a glass of wine in the evening. --- ### *Facilities Designed for Relaxation** We had access to a **private outdoor pool** and a spacious terrace – ideal for sunbathing and unwinding after a day at the beach. Bed linen and towels were provided, and everything was ready for us upon arrival. It truly felt like a home from home – if not better.

We liked the position of the apartment.

No meet and greet with keys. We were expected to find an estate agent and pick up the keys from there. Also expected to return the keys there when leaving. No patio furniture. One toilet roll for a three day stay.
