Host & Stay - Flowergate Apartments

Brilliant location. Comfortable beds and pillows Great little carpark at back street st Hilda’s carpark 5 min walk from the accommodation

There are a few things that could be done to make it better. The cleaning crew needs to be more thorough, coffee stains on the bedroom skirting boards and lots of stains on the carpets. Bathroom needs a heated towel rail thats easy to use. The bathroom always felt damp and musty. Some coat hooks in the storage cupboard or hall way would make all the difference No welcome pack not even a pint of milk !!

The apartment was beautiful.

I struggled to use the key fob entrance.

What a lovely find the Sea Salt apartment is, it spotlessly clean, right in the middle of Whitby, it's home from home and everything you need. There are stairs to get up to the apartment but we were ok with this and knew before we stayed. Its a great view of the town from the window. Bed was really comfy, plenty of sockets for charging things. Shower was spot on too. Really loved staying here, although we didn't meet the host Charlie the communication was brilliant 👏 and we had no problem with this at all. parking overnight is a 10 min walk from the apartment at £13 for 24 hours. This was West Cliff Carpark.

Nothing to dislike.

Central location in Whitby, close to many facilities.

There is no parking (but that can’t be helped), some of the glass bannisters hadn’t been cleaned, but didn’t affect our stay at all! Can be noisy from pubs (again didn’t affect us, we were aware when booking)

The property was well equipped and well located in Whitby town centre.

Some areas of the property were very dark.

Stayed only one night would have gone straight away first day but to far to travel place ok but filthy bedding a disgrace could go on and on.Tried dealing with host and stay but after 37 emails all of which are out of UK and somewhere foreign a total nightmare keep well away
