Host & Stay - Flowergate Apartments

Perfect. Situated right in the centre of Whitby, the apartment is beautifully decorated and furnished and has everything you need. Communication with Charlie and Rhys was excellent, self check in was easy. No negatives whatsoever, I would 100% book this apartment again.

The apartments are in a fantastic location—perfect for exploring the town centre and the West Cliff. They’re furnished to a modern standard and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were disappointed to find hair in the bedding on arrival, and some areas clearly hadn’t been cleaned for a while. It didn’t ruin our stay, but it was a letdown.

The bedroom is quite bright at night due to street lighting, so an eye mask is a good idea. We suggested blackout blinds to the hosts, and noticed other guests have made the same recommendation. We received a lot of emails before our stay, mostly about upgrades and early/late check-out options. Condensing these into one or two emails would be much better. The volume of pre-arrival emails didn’t match the responsiveness when we raised concerns after arrival.

Superb clean apartment, superb location, cannot fault it in anyway and Charlie was very helpful and quick to respond.
