Loft P.ta Pispini: Near Piazza del Campo W/Parking

Muito agradável, localização ótima ao lado de uma das entradas de Siena, e com vagas de estacionamento, o que fez toda a diferença.

Não havia garrafas d'água ou café na cozinha e a iluminação da cozinha era baixa, mais indireta infelizmente.

Lage und Parkplatz waren super. Die Ausstattung war gut. Abwicklung mit der Gastgeberin war problemlos und einfach. Unterlagen und die Tipps zu Restaurants und Bars top. Bett war sehr gut.

Der Eingangsbereich des Apartments über das Souterrain des Hauses war nicht sehr einladend. Das Fenster des Apartment überblickte die Terrasse der Nachbarin, daher mussten wir die Jalousie immer relativ weit unten lassen. Das machte das Apartment recht dunkel. Die Möglichkeit Fenster zur Belüftung offen zu lassen war eingeschränkt und deswegen war es recht warm. Die Registrierung über das Gastportal der Wohnungsverwaltung war umständlich und viele der Eingaben mussten doppelt eingegeben werden.

Bardzo komfortowe przestrzenne mieszkanie, wspaniały kontakt z obsługą, bezproblemowe zameldowanie i wymeldowanie, parking prywatny w czasie Palio to był najlepszy wybór :) lokalizacja na 10.

Do apartamento, da localização e da simpatia da anfitriã.

De não ter ar condicionado, o que tornou, especialmente as noites, mais difíceis. A internet não estava a funcionar. A limpeza junto da porta de entrada no prédio, do lado de fora, deverá ser melhorada.

Location of this apartment is perfect! Just in front of the Gate to the Old Siena. We had lovely walk to the main square of it at late evening. Looks empty and lonely at the beginning and so alive and crowded when you are inside the city and at the Piazza del Campo. Love it! Parking is very convenient. Apartment is big Duplex. Small Bakery is in the same building, wine with Jamon place is just opposite. Pharmacy is down the street. Big grocery shops Carrefour and Penny are 4 minutes drive by car. Sara the Host was very helpful and always available on WhatsApp. Thank you for all your help!

There is no AC in the apartment, it is common in this city. We were there at summer hot time and it is a bit difficult to sleep with this temperature. There are 3 fans available in the room, but it's hot still. There is no washing machine. Sara had send us the guidance where to find the Laundry service. The closest to us was in the Old city, 6 minutes walk. DO NOT GO THERE BY CAR! It require a special permit and you will get fine as soon as you will enter there by car, there are CCTV cameras at the entrance. Just walk. There are self service laundry, you need to pay by cash, upload the machine, wait until it is done and place your clothes to the Dryer. Wait again, collect it and happily go back to your apartment! The Loft P.ta Pispini will be Number One Apartment in town if will place the AC and washing machine ;) Light in the kitchen was a bit dark for us. Otherwise, we like our stay in Siena very much!

Good location with free Wi-Fi and parking. Well-equipped kitchen.

An air conditioner could be installed. Poor lighting and ventilation. The bathroom fan vents into the gallery above the living room.

The limited heat. I had to work for hours and 20 degrees Celsius/68 degrees Fahrenheit was uncomfortable at best. My face, hands and feet were always cold. I would not recommend to others for this reason.
