The Apartment Setup is good, but pathetic after reservation service.

Since the moment we arrived the WiFi was not working, I called the manager and inform him the same and he said they are working on it, since our stay got extended for work, we extended the booking twice and the manager kept saying same thing for 7 days that they are working on the WiFi and the owner is fixing it, which part of the world it takes 7 days to fix Internet in 2026?? All the places we visited in Setubal have WiFi and this fellow kept making us stupid in the name of Strom came few weeks before and that owner is changing the Provider, Comón it takes 24 hours max to change the provider, basically this property owner/manager are not true people to what they say or what they write on their booking page, we also experience the same when we asked them for Toilet Papers other time, so in short, they have pathetic after reservation service.

Die Location verfügt über schöne Zimmer und genügend Platz für Koffer. Direkt vor der Tür ist ein persönlicher Parkplatz (ist die Zufahrt zur Garage, welche aber nur einem Kleinwagen Platz bietet). Gute Kaffeemaschine und eine Abwaschmaschine. Der Sitzplatz draussen ist etwas klein, aber gedeckt (nur bei starkem Regen wurde er nass). In wenigen Miniten ist man zu Fuss beim Praca do Bocage. Das Auto haben wir nicht gebraucht.

Der Weg zum Haus und der Sitzplatz war wirklich schmutzig, mussten wir erst mal reinigen. Das Haus war kalt, da hätten wir gewünscht, dass die Heizung bereits vorgewärmt hätte. Der TV hat nicht funktioniert (Apps waren verfügbar, jedoch ohne Login). Die TV Channel waren nur mit Störungen zu empfangen. Diese Störungen konnten die ganze Woche nicht behoben werden - schade!

For travelers with the car, this place is a rare find! It has a carport tucked behind a locked gate. Imagine, 'free' parking in the heart of the historic section of Setubal! Also in that carport is a washing machine - another fabulous bonus! And the place is beautiful; it's an elegant, updated historic property with everything a traveler would need.

I love fluffy soft pillows . . . these could have been better. You have to like green, because there is a lot of it!

טלויזיה קטנה שלא היתה מחוברת לאנטרנט. בדירה אין מיזוג, בלילות היה קר מאוד ולא היה איך לחמם את החדרים והסלון.
