Зручне розташування. В центрі міста. Було все, що необхідне для проживання.

Відсутня шумоізоляція. Жахливий шум з вулиці. Чути все - звуки машин та музику з сусідніх закладів. Абсолютно не приглушуються звуки з сусідніх квартир. Коли йде трамвай, трусяться стіни. На жаль, заснути та відпочити не вдалось.
