Apartment en omgeving was erg schoon. Er stond een fles wijn als warm welkom. De informatie vooraf was uitgebreid en compleet met tips. De berichten worden snel gegeven of beantwoord.

Niets viel tegen. Een nadeel was soms de radio en het gezang van bouwvakkers aan de overkant van de straat. Alleen als je op terras zit. Ze zijn er af en toe.
