4 Canti Central Loft & Ground floor

The location was great, within walking distance of most sights with many restaurants around. It was 2 minutes walk to Quattro Canti, and around the corner was a Tourist Information Office. We were also less than 5 minutes away from Mercato Bellaro. Our room was the smaller one at this place but comfortable enough. We were met by Tony who was helpful and gave us the basic information to acquaint ourselves quickly to this neighbourhood.

There is no kettle for boiling water.

Location, air conditioning

Maybe a sharp knife, basic spices and few coffee pods would be great to have in the kitchen

The only good thing was the location.

The same room I booked was not given. When I informed them, they just apologized and said the other room was full. I stayed in a low-cost room for a much higher price than necessary. The room was like a prison. It was sloppy. There was nothing needed for the guests. There was no place to hang your towels and swimsuits if you go to the beach. It was impossible to fit in a 1 square meter bathroom. There was a coffee machine and capsules in the room, but the capsules did not fit the machine. There was no soap in the small kitchen. The bed was not a real bed, it was a piece of furniture that could be opened. Although they knew I paid more than necessary, they shamelessly demanded the city tax for 2 people even though I was the only person. As a result, I left only my belongings in the room and stayed at my friend's house. 140 + 8 Euros for a jail.... It would have been only 60 Euros. If I had not had a perfect stay at a facility 60 meters away 3 days ago for a cheaper price, I might not have said these things.

Our host Toni was great. He met us even though we had a delay due to a missed flight. He was available to answer questions and show us how to use the washing machine. The location was great. Easy walking distance to the center as well and the train and bus stations. The buffet breakfast at the hotel a few blocks away was a great addition. Well worth the extra cost.

The room in the photos showed a loft bedroom and downstairs area for sitting and kitchen. When we arrived we were shown a small 'efficiency' unit. I would recommend that it be made clearer that there are several options and to know which one you are reserving. For the price we paid, the smaller room with breakfast was still an excellent value, and so I do highly recommend this property.

The AC had trouble cooling down the upper area of the room, where the bed is located.

The facilities i.e. kitchen equipment and bedding were really lacking - one pillow each and no proper bedding supplied for sofa bed, upstairs bed was also quite uncomfortable

Beautiful place in a central location! Toni was flexible to welcome us in the evening when we arrived late because of a delayed flight.

We did not manage to sleep well during our stay. Be aware that the bed mattress is very hard. During the hot season, the AC is not enough to cool down the sleeping area on the mezzanine.

Toni‘s Appartment is so welcoming and unique. The Location is Perfect. We‘ve been there for a Weekend and and enjoyed the Central Location a lot. Very clean. The balcony is cute , you can sit there with 2 Persons. I can recommend the 4 Canti Central Flat
