El departamento es tal cual las imágenes. La ubicación es excelente, a media cuadra de la playa. El edificio cuenta con piscina, restaurante y cafetería. Hay una lavadora en el mismo piso del departamento. El complejo cuenta con sillas de playa y toallones. La sombrilla se paga aparte, que me pareció bastante desacertado por lo que cobran de fee. Los chicos de recepción fueron muy amables conmigo, sobretodo cuando recibía paquetes. El wi fi siempre funcionó muy bien.

Habría que cambiar el colchón dormí muy mal. Ver el tema de la limpieza. El acceso es medio complicado es con escaleras y básicamente nadie te ayuda con el ascensor de carga que hay en la entrada.

Location was great! Everything you need within walking distance.

Wish the TV’s were smart TV’s so there was an option to stream versus just cable.

It was close to beach and Broadwalk. Didn’t need a car because so much was in walking distance

The daily fee for amenities. Expensive to park car at resort. We ended up buying a monthly parking pass for $110 which allowed us to park on any street

That it was close to the beach, amazing coffee down stairs and everything was easy accessible. Very comfy rooms.

Just the smell of chemicals that they use to clean.

We liked the location

The bed was really uncomfortable. The jacuzzi was dirty and uncleaned for long periods of time. The wifi was very poor

It was dirty when we arrived, the floor was full of sand, specially in the bedroom. I requested a broom and mop to help clean and it took 3 days. The dishwasher was clogged so it flooded the kitchen with a very foul smelling water. There were no extra blankets, I like to sleep with air conditioning and would have preferred an extra blanket for the children. Parking is so expensive that I ended up getting a monthly parking permit for 110$, which is cheaper than the actual facility valet parking.

The location

The first picture of the advertisement on booking is a big pool on a roof nowhere did it say that the pool was broken and not gonna be able to be used the ad came with two chairs and then umbrella on the beach only came with the chairs. The staff was very unhealthy. The fire alarms were going off the whole time of the time the building was evacuated one of the times was that one in the morning and we couldn’t go back in for an hour. There’s no staff anywhere to even ask what was going on just firetrucks.
