A great location close to shops, bars and attractions. The apartment is nice and spacious, although the window blinds have seen better days. We had a problem with the washing machine when we arrived, but Casper fixed it the next morning, so good support.

Beware the 74 steps up to the apartment if you are not young and agile (I'm not). We had difficulty initially getting into the building as Booking.com hadn't sent the relevant information. I rang Casper (landlord) and he quickly sent text details to our phone.

Nos gustó mucho la ubicación, el departamento y su distribución. Está perfectamente equipado para poder comer ahí.

El departamento está en un tercer piso sin ascensor y las escaleras son un poco estrechas y empinadas. No lo recomiendo para personas que tienen poca movilidad. Además, todas les instalaciones exteriores estaban muy sucias, no les vendría mal una limpieza. A pesar de que el departamento es muy cómodo, las cortinas y persianas no llegan a tapar del todo la luz que entra desde afuera. Además, las camas son muy incómodas y tienen almohadas pequeñas. Otra cosa a mencionar es que no hay manteles ni servilletas.

Zentrale Lage. Wohnung über Hinterhof (etwas ungepflegt) im 3. Stock über Treppenhaus zu erreichen. Sehr gut geschnittene helle Wohnung. Schöner Wohn Eßbereich. Bequeme Matratzen.

Küchenausstattung sparsam. Es gab nur ein Weinglas. Es sollte mehr Geschirr geben. Badezimmer schlechte Beleuchtung. Am Wochenende bis 4 Uhr nachts laut durch Musik in einem Club im UG im Haus. Die Bässe drangen durch das Mauerwerk.

First of all, the location of the apartment was excellent, both in terms of access to tourist attractions and public transportation (metro, train, etc.). The apartment had everything you could possibly need, with great attention to detail. We especially loved the terrace. The check-in and check-out process was very easy and smooth. We would also like to thank Carolina & Casper for their help and the convenience they provided during the check-in process.

The apartment is located on the top floor and can only be accessed by stairs. We were aware of this before making the reservation, so it was not an issue for us at all.
