Cleanliness is of utmost importance and this facility was very well cleaned at arrival.

The process of obtaining the password is somewhat tortuous

Very comfortable 2 bedroom apartment with new appliances. Parking was convenient and safe. A bit challenging to retrieve the front door key from the lockbox, but we succeeded after several attempts

The unit was very clean and comfortable.

There were some minor problems that the host went out of their way to resolve as quickly as possible. An excellent host!

The host called me to talk through the process, then sent me messages so that i could look back on them in case i forgot anything. She was very friendly and accommodating when I was unable to meet the check in time due the long drive. The property was also beautiful, clean, and in a great location for everything I needed. They also had parking behind the building, so I was not forced to park on the street. Overall a lovely experience.

The walls were pretty thin and the neighbor's music was loud throughout the the night, which was disruptive. However, I don't think this is something the host can control and I do not hold it against them.
