The stay was absolutely brilliant as per usual , would recommend to anybody wanting to book in the area.

Nothing I can point to which needs improvement re inside of the flat. My overall stay was an amazing experience. But I would like to highlight that the entrance to the building, stairs down to basement, carpets in the corridor were not clean. Also the atmosphere outside building, especially the building garden looked like smokers den, too smelly of cannabis and entrance full of remains of cigarette.

great location, only about 10/15 min walk to center of Bradford and loads of shops around if you needed to get anything

was quite noisy and could hear people having a shower and flushing the toilet, doors are heavy so a lot of slamming of doors could also be heard. also would have liked some more toiletries (I know there’s shops nearby) but some shampoo and hand soap in both bathrooms would have been nice as well as some milk for the tea and coffee provided. also the bed that’s in the living room area has a dip in the middle

This Apartment is absolutely brilliant, this is my second time stopping here and would recommend it to anyone stopping in the area. Close to local shops.

The apartment itself was new .

The beds need to be replaced, first and foremost. It is actually a one bedroom apartment but if a partition was put in, it could be classified as a 2 bedroom apartment. On arrival, guests should be provided with a nicely presented container of coffee/tea/sugar/fresh milk. What we were given was very scant. Whilst I appreciate this is not the fault of the owner, there was far too much noise throughout the night, coming from people in the flat above us. There are just basic things that just need to be changed to improve the rating.
