Apple Cottage - Central Frome - Outdoor Space

A great location and the loft room was lovely for the kids. A nice box of chocolates.

Could do with bigger beds for the adults.

Apple Cottage was perfect for a couple of nights with a friend. Gemma had sent lots of information in advance and there were clear instructions for letting ourselves in on arrival. The beds were comfy, the sofas were great for curling up with a glass of wine, and the central heating kept us cosy. The kitchen was well equipped, although we chose not to cook on this trip. We were very happy to have a selection of glasses for our pre-dinner G&Ts! The courtyard garden is also lovely although the changeable weather meant we didn't make great use of it. A great bonus of Apple Cottage for us was he nearby free carpark, as we were arriving from different directions in 2 separate cars. We were able to leave them there for the duration of our stay as everything in Frome was within easy walking distance. Perhaps one thing to note about the cottage, is that the front bedroom is considerably smaller than bedroom number 1. This was absolutely fine for us but could perhaps be a bit of a squeeze for 2 adults, or for a longer stay. There is of course also an attic bedroom which is equally lovely but we did not need to use it. All in all, Apple Cottage is delightful and highly recommended.

Lovely cottage, ideal location within easy walking distance to all local restaurants, shops,cafes etc. All rooms very nicely furnished. Host was excellent.

we could not get into key box'a.t 10 20 in evening.we could not get anyone to answer our calls.it was raining and we were getting cold we phoned around looking for a bed for the night in Frome.nothing,but found another booking .com in shipton Mallet i think it was called Maltings appertments ? 57178435 code 5190.My daughter paid for the group Dians Fleckner.same thing happened couldnet get keys out.neibours were disturbed it was now nearly midnight.. tryed to help.no contacts on phone;getting late now we havent eaten,travel back toward Frome and find a travel lodge ,my daughter paid for the group we had a room there .nightmare sorted,,we had to pay out for appertments and travel lodge.

A lovely location to emerse yourself in all that Frome and the surrounds have to offer.From lunch at The Talbot Inn and foraging in Mells, the magic of The Newt with their wine and cider tastings.Lotte's Bistro is fantastic and with their bussling wine bar next door and Frome market on a Sunday monthly what a great stay.

Location amazing. Lovely garden and rooms. Really cute cottage. Lovely and warm and cosy. Hot water and comfy beds.

Television kept losing signal so really frustrating to watch anything. No double glazing so heard a lot of street noise. Bathroom window didn't shut properly.

Convenient location very comfortable and well equipped.
