Property was clean, comfortable and in good location.

Internet setting did not allow access to racing/betting websites which for a keen racegoer is a negative. Anyone going to cheltenham races would be looking to access this information.

Breakfast n/a Flat was perfect Clean and welcoming Perfect location for Book Festival Very comfortable bed Lovely decor Kitchen well equipped with stylish equipment Everything in good working order Very well presented

No improvements I can think of Attention to detail ensured all needs met Lack of dedicated car park space would have been good but we knew the score re parking and were able to work around it and only needed to use public car park on 1 occasion and only for a very short period

"Very clean and comfortable flat near Cheltenham's Montpellier area."

We had all the information we needed, and once we found the road it was easy to get in. We liked the decor and the flat was really comfortable. The kitchen was pretty well equipped. Comfy bed, good shower, quiet location, but close to where we needed to be.

The parking was convenient, but only for up to 10 hours - kept having to extend the payment.
