Our room was little bit small.

The apartment looked modern. Checking in was easy - the instructions sent in advance were easy to follow. The initial contact from the host (before we arrived) was satisfactory.

Attention to detail was very poor - a lot of the basics which I expected to be provided at this price point were not there - for example: 1. There were no towels when we arrived so we couldn't have a shower after a long journey. We we had to chase multiple times and wait for hours before we got ONE clean and one dirty towel - with someone's mascara/make-up marks. It wasn't until the following day when we received another towel! 2. There was no cutlery or knives when we arrived so despite having a kitchen, we could not cook, have breakfast, or even make a cup of tea until the next day! 3. Not enough toilet paper despite us requesting more. Am I really supposed to bring my own? 4. No tea towel or even a cloth in the kitchen. We couldn't wipe any spills which is not great when you cook! 5. Communication was not great - we had to chase all the items above, but the only response I was getting was that the issues would be raised with the team. We were not informed when/if they would be resolved. 6. Although there was a washing machine and a dishwasher, no laundry products, or dishwasher tablets were provided which made the appliances completely useless. Surely providing just a few tablets wouldn't cost that much? 6. Dangerous staircase: I would definitely not recommend staying there with children, or anyone who's planning to have a few drinks. The staircase is steep and completely open on one side. We saw it in the photos, but thought that we'd be careful as there is a hand rail on one side. Unfortunately the hand rail does not go all the way down and when it's dark the last couple of steps are completely invisible - they blend in with the floor on the ground floor, as it's the same colour! I fell and injured my toe which was painful. Please BE CAREFUL! To the host - please install some glow-in-the dark tape on the two lowest steps, or paint them a different colour, if you want to avoid your guest getting injured!

Everything was great! Good location close to the centre but the window faced the courtyard so it was quiet in the night. The room was clean, nice bathroom. Everything as expected. Great choice for short stay in Budapest :)

we would appreciate more glasses, wine glasses, knifes, kitchen towels, dish sponge and dish soap. But when we asked for more towels, they were brought promptly.

Everything was as it should be. Our host was helpful about everything, he replied on time. I wish that we could stay more, but maybe next time. Room was clean, instructions were easy to follow, location is one of the best in the Budapest. You can actualy cook there, you have everything you need for your stay in Budapest from silverware to frying pan and boiling pot. Design of the appartment is also great. What we liked the most is our host. He is really one of the nicest, it was a pleasure doing business with him, he did everything to satisfy our needs. From recommendation for breakfast, diner, money exchange office, parking etc. Thank you very much, Eyal! We appreciate everything you did. We will come back again for sure! Regards! DV

Nothing to say to be honest, everything was great.

Me and my friend had a very comfortable stay at this property! The location is excellent and the host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable! Highly recommend 😊
