Torre Levante Plus - Arca Rent

Location and nice view. This flat has a good potential, but owner doesn’t invest for a better confort.

The flat is very dirty! Kitchen cabinets , drawers needs a proper clean! The bed sheets wasn’t changed after the previous people. The towels are very poor… and so on. So disappointed…

The location was amazing right on the seafront a beautiful view from the lounge area dual aspect windows

Torre Levante very central to everything and the views are the best seller of appartment. Restaurant is just at the entrance to tower. Shops and restaurants minutes walk either direction. Beach is just across the road. The amenities in the apartment were ok. Air conditioning does work. Small kitchen handy for making breakfast, lunch or dinner. Washing machine helped a lot when we were staying with kids. We were staying on 4th floor and the views were breath taking. Security guys were very nice. Doesn't speak much English but tried to help with Google translate. Don't panic about checking in out of ours or weekends just communicate with office days before arrival and everything will be arranged hasselt free. Decent shower and planty of hot water. Reception lady were absolute sweetheart.

Beds not as comfortable as expected from previous reviews. If you are sensitive sleeper you will need earplugs noisy neighbours washing on all night, moving furniture at 12 oclock, talking loud, noise from restaurant bellow such as music, laughing, drunk singing, noise from people walking on the street, tractor cleaning beach. Windows with poor insulation. Pool amenities are poor no sunbeds and very windy stick with the beach. One toilet paper roll for 10 days shared in between 4 people. Lack of towels. Linen changed once a week. Lack of simple things like sponge for dish washing or washing up liquid. No hair dryer. Some cosmetic issues visible across the appartment. In general we got what we paid for. Will I go back probably no. If anyone reading this benidorm is not suitable to stay with kids. Do your research before booking.

AMAZING location, a street away from the strip, across the road from the beach😍😍😍

Pots were dirty. Was provided washing up liquid but no sponge. We aren’t fussy though, just got a sponge from supermarket and washed up.

On beach front

Place was dirty could not shower properly they was rude when complained said I want be lucky we can shower people living on streets can’t electricity tripping In night couldn’t wait get out there never ever again got bites on us me the 2 children moved the bed one day the dirt under it and on the skirting boards was horrendous never again I’d never advise anyone stay there said transfers was included which was a reason I booked it wasn’t pool not open the apartment we viewed on booking.com is deffo not apartment we got would add pictures but can’t at moment on my daughters phone
