The appartment itself was pretty good - new, clean, nice comfy beds, good shower.. It has also basic kitchen equipment, yet we struggled with ants being around. Also hair dryer and shampoo products were available. Nearby there is a nice Mango Cafe nearby + a chappel with gorgeous sunrises. A couple of nice restaurants + Chedraui arouhd. Easy to catch a taxi around the island.

The position of the appartmenr within the building itself is not worth the money, including the feeling of safety around, as it is a flat on the ground floor with direct access on the street. It has no terrace, private yard, nor any view from the window, all of them have foils stuck, which gives you a feeling of ending up in a hole. Thus, you are not able to open the door or windows to get any fresh air, just A/C. Also no option to air the bathroom after the shower. No option to dry your beach towels and swimming suits. Pretty loud traffic, primarily when there is a football match (football ground just opposite the flat) or any fiesta.

AC in one apartment was broken, but was fixed the next day. The description mentioned a beach in walking distance, however this beach is not suitable for swimming, due to rocks (perhaps it is possible on very quite days, but this was not the case during our 5 days of stay). So you must be prepared to take a taxi or similar to the other beaches.

The property was next door to a loud bar/nightclub. They played very loud music until 3/4 am and had caraoke. You basically cant sleep there unless you are deaf. Property owner didn’t respond to my message when i asked a question about the loud music.

We wanted a base to be out all day, clean, good shower, a/c and comfortable bed. There was a fridge and cooking rings but we didn’t use them. We got exactly what we wanted for a very reasonable price. It’s a very basic flat, no frills, out of the main town and the price reflects this. The owner sent helpful messages on WhatsApp and there was a person at the apt to help with some problems like joining WiFi. Unless you like long walks you need transport or take taxis, we had a golf cart and we loved going back and fore in it. Bar next door for a drink. More Mexican residential, less tourist.

Hot water was off for a bit but was sorted out. Bit of diy banging from next door but it went. Other than that it was exactly what we expected.

Appartement spacieux, bien équipé, agréable

La Clim ne refroidie pas l’appartement, elle fait juste de l’air, même pas d’air frais.

J’ai passé 3 jours ici et je ne regrette absolument pas. La suite est parfaitement conforme aux photos de Booking. L’appartement était impeccable à mon arrivée ça se voit que le ménage a été fait. L’hôte est très réactif et vraiment agréable — il m’a même proposé un check-in avant 15h pour m’arranger. Chaque suite dispose de son propre Wi-Fi ; il y a eu quelques petites coupures mais rien de gênant, c’est normal sur une île. La kitchenette est très bien équipée : grille-pain, frigo + congélateur, plaque de cuisson électrique, micro-ondes… tout le nécessaire pour être autonome. Le lit est confortable et la télévision propose Netflix, des chaînes locales et plus encore. Le balcon est top, avec vue sur la rue. Il y a aussi un canapé convertible dans le salon, confortable. Le parking dans la rue est pratique et visible directement depuis le balcon. La salle de bain est très propre, avec de l’eau chaude à volonté (même plus d’eau chaude que d’eau froide 😊). Le quartier est calme le soir (sauf les nuits de match de foot, mais ça ne m’a pas dérangé). On peut aussi admirer le coucher de soleil depuis le hamac ou le toit un vrai plus. A 2min de Chedraui (centre commerciale), et de quelques restau sympa. Je recommande vraiment cet appartement.

Un peu loin du sud de l’île et du nord je recommande de louer une voiturette de golf ou scooter mais cela ne m’a pas déranger car c’est pour trouver le calme et éviter l’aflux de touriste ou il ne vienne pas trop..

L accueil et la proactivite de nos hôtes L appartement a l étage était conforme aux descriptions et spacieux.

La chambre pour 2 personnes au rez de chaussée était un peu vétuste et étroite. Nous avons été perturbés par des personnes qui discutaient dans la rue avec musique. Nous avons apprécié la réactivité de Notre hôte qui est venu en pleine nuit leur demander de partir et de s éloigner ,
