Spacious accommodation, well equipped. Very clean. Great linen and tea, coffee, sugar and snacks provided.

Not a lot you could do about it, but the entrance to the driveway is tricky.

Location, garden, value for money. Very clean and tidy

Heating didn't appear to work well in the evenings when needed. The double bed was not very comfortable .

Spacious, comfortable and cosy, it had everything we needed and more the garden was exceptional for our dog and can imagine this would be amazing with dogs/kids in summer

Shower could be better but not the end of the world

Excellent location. Lovely accommodation and facilities .

Probably my fault but I had an issue with the hot water for the bath. Hot water in the taps, radiators were hot but the bath kept running cold .Some instructions would be helpful . Overall it did not spoil the experience.

10 minutes walk from the seafront. 15 minutes from the centre of town, railway station, etc. Warm and comfortable. Ideal for a small group or family.

A dishwasher would have been nice if we had been staying longer.
