- Love that the residence unit fits the whole family together in one place. - Plenty of tables inside the unit which is really handy. - Good basic amenities provided like a fridge, cups, shampoo, body wash, and a solid hair dryer. - View from the window is decent. - Toilet looks clean. - Staff across the lobby, parking, and room service were all professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful.

- The unit feels old and quite dirty, especially the floors in the rooms and living area. - Both toilets basin overflows if the water pressure is slightly high. The room service team managed to fix one basin after informing but the other basin still will overflow but we just went with it and didn’t bother to inform the 2nd time. - Shower is broken and the shower head keeps falling down, the mechanism is too loose to tighten to hold it in place when showering. The knob to adjust shower head mode or rain shower mode is broken as well. Couldn’t switch the modes. - Vinyl floor tiles are all misaligned or shrunken, leaving very visible gaps and some have air pockets underneath. - There is a large circular hole dented into the kitchen floor, still covered by vinyl tiles but very visible and you can accidentally step into it. - Rooftop pool has a great view but is poorly maintained, the pool floor feels sandy and the corners feel slimy. - Tiles around the pool are badly chipped with sharp edges, actually scratched my arm on one. - Lots of ants crawling around the pool area. - Had a rough night on that one Saturday with at least 5 groups of motorists going in circles outside the hotel from 12am to 4am, revving modified motorbikes, superbikes, JDM cars, and sports cars non stop. A group of modified Civics even parked nearby at the stadium’s open parking lot and were revving with exhaust flames for about 15 minutes at 3am before speeding off. - Could not sleep until almost 5am that night. - The next morning I overheard a nearby resident complaining to two policemen outside the hotel lobby that she had called the night before but no officers were sent to deal with the noise.
