Exceptional service, we were held up and didn't arrive until midnight, Max still arranged for someone to let us in. He had thought of absolutely everything to make us comfortable, one of the best we have stayed in. Would highly recommend staying here.

Purtroppo con la ZTL il parcheggio è molto distante e poi l'unica pecca sono i 3 piani a piedi ma poi i proprietari persone eccezionali disponibili,ci suo sentiti a casa

The property had everything we could have possibly needed, was clean and centrally located. The host was so helpful and responsive, both with answering any questions and recommendations for what to do in the area. Would highly recommend.

So impressed with this place. Had everything we needed as a family of five. Spacious, clean, well-located, and our host went above and beyond with communication. I appreciated all his recommendations. Would absolutely recommend this place!

Great location in lively area close to main restaurant and cafe area of Via Roma and Via Victor Emanuel. 20 min walk to train station. Very roomy and exceptionally well appointed. Kitchen had everything we needed to eat in. Two good sized bedrooms and second bathroom with toilet and vanity. Large main bathroom. Good linen, crockery and cutlery. Double glazed windows with aircon in bedrooms and living room. Small balcony fronting street. Bars and restaurants a few minutes away. Easy walk to port area.

60 steps (4 floors) up to apartment might be difficult for some. No lift so could be a struggle with large luggage.

We absolutely loved it! Max the owner, gave us directions from the airport and picked us up from the bus stop and walked us to the flat. He gave us wonderful recommendations to restaurants and the beach and more. The flat was really spacious and clean and wonderful to stay in. Super great location. Last day I had some time left and he gave me a wonderful tour of Palermo. The owner really goes above and beyond to make your stay the best it can be. 10/10 recommend! We’ll be back :D

Spacious apartment, nice aircon, comfortable beds, location was very central but yet quiet enough at night. Close proximity to lots of restaurants and bars. The host Max was extremely helpful in providing a lot of information about the area. A lovely stay!
