Extrem netter und hilfreicher Besitzer. Hilfsbereites Frühstückspersonal Prima Frühstück, auf Anfrage auch mit glutenfreien Backwaren. Pefekt ausgestattete Zimmer mit Balkon. Geräumige und begehbare Dusche... Dies B&B kommt uneingeschränkt an einen gehobenen Hotelstatus heran.

Pobyt w obiekcie Viva był bardzo udany. Kontakt z właścicielem świetny - bardzo kontaktowy człowiek, chętny do pomocy. Budynek położony w świetnej lokalizacji. Ładny widok z okna, na przestronny plac. Pokój był dla nas wystarczająco dobry i przestronny. Było wszystko, czego potrzeba - wygodne łóżka i czysta łazienka. Nawet śniadania były wyjątkowo syte, jak na włoskie warunki hotelowe - bufet słony i słodki, napoje i owoce (wszystkiego wystarczająco dużo). Dużym udogodnieniem była infrastruktura lokalna - blisko market i przystanki autobusowe (niestety linia 02 nie kursowała). Do centrum i dworca centralnego - raptem 10 minut na piechotę. Do bulwaru - 3 minuty piechotą. Wokół mnóstwo sklepów i restauracji.

Plac w pobliżu obiektu był miejscem spotkań młodzieży.
