Amazing hosts - they were super friendly and gave us great recommendations. The communication was really easy. Further we felt super comfortable in the room. Everything was provided and we did not have to worry about anything.

The shower could have a little bit more water pressure, but thats nothing that would keep us from coming back

It was a great stay, it was clean but also cleaned daily, breakfast was nice, staff is friendly and ready to help you with your querries or things to do like excursions, restaurants, etc.

The pillow was stiff but checked the wardrobe and found another type that fixed the issue.

The breakfast was the only disappointing part. All sweet (cakes), and the fruit, juice, and bread weren’t fresh at all.

The place was clean and smell good since you entered, the staff was really helpful and kind, also the location is very convinient as there are a lot of restaurants and places near by, like the city center.

I enjoyed staying here. The staff were nice, the building was safe and secure with a really sweet old fashioned lift up to the second floor, which is where the B&B is located, and the room itself was very clean and tidy. The view from the balcony didn't offer much, but was fine for an early morning coffee watching and listening to the birds flying and tweeting. We only stayed for two nights, so the view from the balcony wasn't important to us. I wouldn't describe the place as "romantic" as such, it depends what appeals to you, but definitely more than worth while to stay here if you don't mind walking 10 / 15 minutes to the centre of attractions. Personally, I enjoyed the walk, but my sister who has a learning disability, didn't enjoy the walk so much. The breakfast was really sweet, both in taste and presentation. Lovely cakes and coffee and very clean indeed. The only gripe I would mention is that the balcony floor wasn't swept before we arrived. There was a cigarette end on the floor as well as a bit of a tomato on the floor under the little table. So it was obvious that it hadn't been cleaned or swept. Me being a smoker myself, I felt that I had to pick the cigarette end up incase the owners thought it was me that left it there. Also, the shower was just average. The water didn't stay warm for very long before it went cold. Maybe there was a switch to turn on the hot water which I didn't see. Apart from these couple of gripes, I would highly recommend this property to stay in.

Giovanni and his family were fantastic hosts. I injured my back shortly before arriving to Catania and they helped carry me and my luggage to my room. They ordered delivery for me and dropped it off in my room as I couldn't move. They checked in on me every day to make sure I had what I needed. They also called around to get quotes to have my luggage shipped. Location is within walking distance to the main piazza. There are restaurants, shops, and even a laundromat around the corner. Highly recommend.
