Blive opkrævet 35€, selvom jeg havde givet værten min ankomst tid. Ikke få adgang til privat kælder parkering, selvom dette var vist og skrevet på booking.com. Ikke nok håndklæder. Vand i bad og køkken løber meget langsomt.

It was clean and very spacious with all the amenities.

The location was quite a walk away from the hustle and bustle. It was located at the end of a Main Street very secluded. At night times was abit daunting to get to. The property block was never lit up all the lights were off and once you got in the building then the lights would come on. There was me and my friend We were provided with two 300ml water bottles, two towels each a hand one and a bath one. And two toilet rolls. Considering how much we paid I would have expected abit more for a weeks stay considering a 1litre water bottle and toilet rolls cost pennies. We were provided with one washing tablet and two coffee pods even though the machine wasn’t working. When we arrived at the apartment we were given a list of charges if the bed sheets, pillows or napkins were damaged. The showers in the apartment had no pressure at all and when I complained I was told that that’s how it is. When we booked the apartment we were told that we would have to pay a deposit by card with a third party before we arrived at the apartment and this would be returned upon no issues. this wasn’t a choice we weren’t offered to leave a cash deposit. Upon leaving We was charged a transaction fee for a deposit that we had no choice in giving and when we discussed this with the third party they told us the host has pushed the costs on the the customer rather then paying themselves. There was no clear communication just loads of messages and instructions. When I called the host she told me that she didn’t understand and there was no point in the conversation even though before and during the holiday she understood everything.

super clean and luxury appartment fpor marrocain standards this is really high class so you can also visit with european standards without problem. In the appartment is everything you need and more than enough space. I really enjoyed it there and will definitly book again once iam back in agadir!

Lovely spacious & well equipped apartment. We had problems with the WiFi but received lots of help from Nadia who was warm & friendly. The shower was great & the surroundings were lovely. 10 minutes walk to beach.

The apartment needs spare towels. Although there was a washing machine and a small balcony to dry clothes it took a long while to dry things as there was no sun on the kitchen balcony. It needs spare towels & bed linen due to this.
