Amazing location in the centre of all the action

The drainage on the shower is very slow and the tray fills with water so your time is limited washing

Стильная, чистая, удобная, хорошо оснащённая квартира на центральной, но тихой улице. В реальности все даже лучше, чем на фото. Вся мебель и сантехника новая и удобная. Капсульная кофемашина - отдельный плюс. Постельное белье и полотенца в идеальном состоянии. Все центральные площади и автобусные остановки, чтобы отправиться в Альгамбру, Сакромонте или аэропорт в пешей доступности. Рядом с домом много магазинов, кафе и ресторанов. Спасибо Алисии за оперативную связь, лёгкий чекин/чекаут и полезные рекомендации. От души рекомендую этот вариант размещения.

Дверь в соседскую квартиру расположена очень близко, поэтому в спальне слышно, когда она открывается и закрывается. Я сплю крепко, но людям, чувствительным к шуму, рекомендую беруши.

Clean and well presented apartment in a great location and lovely street with cafes and restaurants everywhere close by. Great air conditioning and very quiet with no noise as bedroom at back of apartment. Easy to find just remember it’s door B as the host tells you, as there is both a door A and B at the address. Loved that there was a full size ironing board and a combo washer/dryer. Well equipped kitchen with all essentials. The host was very helpful at all times.

As. Is often the case in older city areas with ancient pipes, even with modern renovations, there can be odour in the bathroom from the drains at times . The host is aware of this and provides air freshener to use if needed which was appreciated. It did not detract from the stay.
