The incredible staff! Couldn't have been nicer, nor more helpful or accommodating! They went beyond our expectation.

The rooms need some upgrading.

Fabulous location overlooking the caldera and close to restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was large and comfortable

Nothing, but be aware that the rooms are built into the side of a cliff so there are lots of steps. No onsite parking but free parking very close at bottom of hill

The staff are absolutely fantastic, they really are so accommodating, especially the breakfast team. They are a credit to the management. Everyone from cleaners to front desk were so lovely and they take great pride in their work. Great help on offer for suitcase transport on check out and comfortable airport transport. The views are beautiful. Bed was very comfortable. Orange juice at breakfast is fabulous! Great effort made to ensure our room was replenished even when we were in it a lot on one occasion.

This is falsely being advertised and priced as 5-star, it is nice but no way is it 5-star. 5-star is luxury, there is very little luxury here. Definitely 5-star in terms of service but not facilities. Room was quite dated and tired in places. Basic key lock system needs to be updated. Lack of plug sockets in useful places. Air con was hit and miss, the unit is on the front door so cant really feel the benefit of it at night, glad we were only there in May when its a little cooler! 5-star would be a la carte breakfast, not a buffet. This property needs to come with a warning for those of lesser mobility as its quite a hike to walk to it from Fira direction and we are young and fit!. Steps, steps and more steps! No obvious lift available to use. Check in reception area is very strange, would be very cramped if 2 groups arrived together. There is a large lobby downstairs that never looks used.

Stunning views, amazing facilities and staff who work so hard to make your stay amazing. Lots of little touches to make the stay magical,. Truly an exceptional experience.

The property had an exceptional breathtaking views that one could die for. Perfect spot for beautiful sunset pictures.

The bed wasn't as comfortable as I would have wanted.
