the location was very good, clean, large apartment, with all the necesary things for a family stay with kids. the host was receptive and accomodated an earlier checkin.

the toilet is separate from the bathroom and it does not have heating, it is very small and cold. also we could not open the elevator door, and even after we managed to open the elevator still did not work so for the entire time we had to use the stairs, 5 floors, not very easy with kids and an older person. as the building is old, this might be a general issue so you should consider it. also the apartment needs a bit of maintainence, as it seems previous renters almost walked on walls. a good adition would be to have hangers in the hallway for coats. at checkout a cleaning guy showed up 15-20 mintes prior to the checkout time and insisted to let him in, which I did not as we were getting ready to leave and I had no idea who he was, but it was weird since it was not yet checkout time. the TV did not play anything, not an issue for us, but if you plan to use it, check first.
