very bad experience they charge 400 extra and they don't told me before it's not a AC room after I buy then this tell me this is not AC room bed sheets are not clean very very dirty 🤢

but one thing I think them they give me a free pakods

We like everything, except cigarettes smell in the room.The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are good and big, beds comfortable, balcony etc.

The smell of cigarettes in the room, although I clearly indicated in the booking that I needed a non-smoking room. However, I had to spend the night in the stench. But that's the only problem. If it weren't for the smell of cigarettes, the rating would be 10.

“I stayed there for one night at room 111 and booked the services online, which listed a room, toilet, bath, TV, and air conditioning. I finally went to sleep around midnight, but I woke up at 3:00 AM because it was too hot. I thought it might have been a power outage, but when I went to the reception again to report that the AC wasn’t working, they said someone would come to fix it. Unfortunately, after waiting for an hour, no one showed up. I later discovered that they had turned off the AC breaker to save on electricity bills.when I was leaving the hotel they were asking for AC extra charges even they didn’t comes and ask which they should, Additionally, there was no remote for the TV in the room. No prayer mate at room No Qibla direction Overall, it was a terrible experience.” Because of hot night
