Design of the duplex room is good and the staff behaviour is very polite and prompt

We had taken a Family Suite wch was suitable for 7 of us , The property is loacted in a quite n peaceful location , a tad far away from Munnar but we had our Car with us so did not have a problem , The Manager Jini Abse made sure our saty was very comfortable and our special request for packed breakfast was daone without a hitch , would definately re visit the same property ..5 stars to our experience !!!!!

Nothing in particular but dinner option were limited but i suppose this is due to GAS shortage but still were they managed it vey well ..

Swimming pool unusable. No chloride to treat water and notice up not to use if any cuts, blisters etc could catch infection (had mosquito bites) also says not to use if already have infection could make worse so although paid for pool it was safer not to use which was a shame. Put a couple items out for laundry got my own back but with someone else's mixed in, i gave them back obviously but on checkout charged Rs1000 which was abit excessive considering was only 5 light cotton items. Liked most things about this hotel but being unable to use pool on blistering hot days, let the whole thing down. Need to have water treated in pool. For that reason it didnt meet my expectations

The rooms were large and spacious… very big facility… Closer to Munnar.. at Anachal… nice views from property and lots of things to do in Anachal

Well suggested improvements are have an iron and ironing board, get internet connected to TV to watch Netflix etc. of customer account…
