Hostess is kind and considerate. It was convenient to travel to Amsterdam by bus and then metro. Connections are easy. All was great ! Thank you Adriana. We will recommend this place to all our friends, definitely.

We had a car and so it was very convenient for us.

The accommodation is very well managed and spotlessly clean. Adrianna welcomed us on arrival and showed us everything. The shower room and bedroom were serviced each day. Clean towels and provisions topped up. Very good attention to detail. Tourist information and leaflets available. All rooms were spacious. The location was peaceful, safe and secure with free parking. Proprietors live on site if any assistance is needed. Pumerend is within walking distance with all local amenities. Nearby bus to Amsterdam Noord in 20 mins. Would recommend and return.

Shower head has no adequate pressure but able to switch and wash adequately with hand held. Private bathroom is outside of the room ( did know before booking), located off the communal staircase and is also used as a laundry room.

Clean, comfortable & highly convenient location. Nice friendly neighborhood with Easy parking. Amsterdam & Rotterdam/Hague are easy reach with a short bus & metro / regular trains. Breakfast was really good too.

The host met us as we came in and showed us everything. Allowed us in early to leave our luggage. Very clean, in a nice quiet residential area, comfortable beds, everything worked, had a kettle, coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge.

Hosts were extremely friendly. Very clean.

When I originally booked, only the most expensive suite was available. The suite was at the top of a couple of flights of stairs(I'm elderly and less stairs is better for me) At arrival, the other smaller rooms on the lower floor were both available. I requested to change to the smaller room. I asked whether I would be refunded the difference for the 2 nights in the smaller room with the WC in the hall. Adrianna said no - no refunds since she needed the extra fees to clean the original room. I figured I was charged an extra 50 euro or so...and frankly felt financially taken advantage of, since I had been forced to pay upfront in order to book.

I felt taken financially taken advantage of ...and would not go back there.

I loved everything about the property - one minor request would be for a length wise mirror in the wardrobe if possible or somewhere that you can see yourself reflection beforehand.
