We had a late night arrival, but key were in lockbox and for owner it was no problem. First look of the surroundings may scare little bit, but hey, afterall it is really perfect spot near all major places in Palermo (in walking distance). And after you open apartment door, you are looking on very nice, clean, tidy place, with everything you need (including map with highlighted places to go). Owner and his wife are also very kind, polite and helpfull.

Didn't know about anything. Maybe the location should be sent as GPS coordinates, because Google finds the name of the square somewhere in Venice :D (of course, this is not owner's but Google's error...)
