Charming 2BR apt in the Heart of Belfast City

The place really needs to be cleaned better. It was dirty in many areas. Shower tile, bathroom floor. Noise level after 12 midnight was terrible outside and you had to keep the windows opened because it was so hot to close them. So didn’t get much sleep. They left 1 towel for each person (4) plus 1 small hand towel and floor mat. No extra towels, no wash cloth, nothing to wrap your hair up in. No dish towel. Note book in there on how to use anything. Looked for A/C and could not figure out if you had it or not. Showers were hard to figure out. Coffee pot not easy to figure out.

Location.

1. Dirty and sticky floor. 2. Dirty pots and pans. 3. Unit smell bad of weeds. Found apparatus for smoking weeds in unit. Cigarettes buts hole on sofa. 4. Limited toilet roll. 5. No condiments for cooking provided complimentary. 6. Lights in living hall not working. 7. No blinds/curtain in living hall making it very uncomfortable in the morning with bright sun. 8. NO PARKING provided, despite claiming to have free parking. I was issued with parking ticket violation for parking at the so called space provided behind the apartment. 9. No vacuum or mop making sanitary big issue. 10. Unreliable wifi internet.

In close proximity to many sights and things to do. 25 min walk from telegraph building. Apartment was very clean and looked after. Modern interior that looked updated recently. Great location , Great apartment 👍🏽

Not a bad location, only 5 minutes walk from the centre. Good size apartment.

We were given a different room last minute which somebody else was already staying in. We had to wait for around an hour for that person to come and collect their stuff to then find they also had a key despite everything when booking saying there was only 1 key. They had also been moved that same morning from the same room we were originally given. Stressful start to the weekend and the fact somebody else had already had a key to our room made us nervous about leaving the room the whole weekend as we were not sure our belongings would be safe. Rooms are also boiling hot

One of the toilet is not working

only fob key for access (no key code), and only 1 fob key given for 4 people was not enough. 2 fobs would be perfect.
